Flower Store In a Box is integrated to two of the most popular Relay Networks, Interflora and the Petals network. Each of these work in a different manner.
To relay to the either network you first must ensure your Relay network details are listed in the Settings >> Relay Partners.
To relay a specific order, in the pending orders display of orders click on the Petal`s icon.
To relay an order to Interflora, click on the Interflora logo in pending orders display.
The order will be picked up by your interflora system and relayed
You will then need to change the status of the order from Pending to Relayed.
