To review an order in My Weblogin,
- Log in and then click the Orders.
You will see in your dashboard a red number which indicates how many pending orders you have.
- To view the pending orders, click on the View Pending.
In this screen you can search for orders by date range, delivery date, payment type, order status.
In the view of all pending orders you can see:
- The Recipient name;
- Order ID;
- When the order was placed;
- Payment type; and
- How the person found your website.
- Order Status
- Amount
- Suburb
- Delivery Date
- To view an order click the Recipient`s name and the order details will open in a new window.
The first thing you should do is match the billing country to the IP address country at the bottom of the order, if these are different or you suspect that the order is fraudulent, please contact the person ordering.
The order page displays:
- The day and date of delivery;
- Recipient Details;
- Card details; and
- Actual order.
