To change your eMail Password you must either know your existing email password or you will need to contact support.
If you do know your email password:
1) Log in to Webmail:
http://www.yourdomain.com.au/webmail/
where yourdomain.com.au is your actual website address
2) Click the Change Password Option and follow the prompts.
Make sure you copy down your new password in a safe spot.
You will be asked to log back in after changing your password.
Be aware that you WILL be locked out of your website and email if you attempt to log in to the email account with more than three wrong attempts.
Your website and email will be inaccessible for 30 minutes.
