Account Invoice Statements

In the Flower Store In a Box Dashboard, you have the option to send automated statements to your customers based on different timeframes. These statements display all customer activity and are exclusively sent to customers marked as "account" customers.

Here are the details of when the statements are sent based on the chosen timeframe:

  1. Weekly:
    • Statements are sent every Monday for the previous week`s activity.
  2. Monthly:
    • Statements are sent on the first day of the month for the previous month`s activity.
  3. Quarterly:
    • Statements are sent on the 1st of January, April, July, and October for the previous three months` activity.
  4. Bi-yearly:
    • Statements are sent on the 1st of January and 1st of July for the previous six months` activity.
  5. Yearly:
    • Statements are sent on the 1st of January for the previous year`s activity. These statements correspond to financial years.

Additionally, you have the option to generate statements manually for viewing or printing. These manual statements can be accessed at the bottom of the accounts pages.

By utilizing the automated statement feature and customizing the sending schedule to fit your business needs, you can efficiently keep your customers informed about their account activity and maintain transparent financial communication.
