You can add extra text to your delivery time options at checkout, so customers see helpful details right when they`re choosing a delivery window. It`s a handy spot to explain cut-off times, delivery restrictions, or anything else customers should know before they order.

- Add a short note of extra information to any delivery time option
- Let customers know anything else that helps them choose the right option
Step by step
- Go to Settings
- Select Delivery Options
- Click into Delivery Time Options
- Find the field below "Show Delivery Times"
- Type in the extra text you want customers to see
- Save your changes

- Use this space to reduce customer questions about delivery timing
- Update the text around busy periods, like public holidays, to keep customers informed
