By default, customers may be able to check out with just a delivery date and no specific time window. Making delivery times mandatory requires them to choose a time slot before completing checkout.
Go to Dashboard > Settings > Delivery Options > Delivery Time Options and switch it to Delivery Time is Mandatory.
This gives your delivery team a clearer schedule to plan routes around, rather than needing to guess or contact customers to confirm timing after the order is placed.
