In Store Pickup Time Options
If you offer in-store pickup, you can set up the specific time slots customers can choose from at checkout. This is where you add new pickup windows, edit or remove old ones, add an extra charge if needed, and make sure everything is set up correctly before it goes live.
What you can do here
- Add new pickup time slots
- Edit or remove existing times
- Set an optional extra charge for specific pickup windows
- Validate your pickup time configuration
Step by step
- Go to Settings > Delivery Options > Pickup Time Options.
- Click "Add Pickup Time" to create a new option, or click on an existing time slot to edit or remove it.
- Fill in the details in the form:
- Pickup Time Label - the text that will appear in the dropdown menu (e.g. a time of day).
- List Order - where this option appears in the dropdown list.
- Available Same Day - turn this on if the pickup time can be selected for orders placed on the same day.
- Same Day Start Time and Same Day Cutoff - the time range during which this same-day pickup option will show up.
- Available Saturday and Sunday - turn this on if you want the pickup time available on weekends.
- Click Save Changes to update.
To change the Status of Pickup time Options:
You can chnage whether a pickup time option is Mandatory or not mandatory
If you see Green box with "Pickup Time is Mandatory " -the pickup time currently is required during checkout.
You can click on that box to make it not mandatory .
Likewise, if box(gray) indicates "Pikup time is not Required", click on it to make the pickup time mandatory
Settings to Check to ensure the pickup time is displayed correctly in the checkout
- Go to Settings > CheckoutSettings > Checkout Options
- Make sure the In store Pick up is Enable in the and the instore address is set
- Click the here text and it will take you to the page where You can set your instore address
Tips
- Use List Order to control which pickup times show up first, so your most popular slots are easy to find.
- If a pickup window needs extra handling or a rush fee, add it as an extra charge rather than adjusting your product prices.
- Double-check your same-day cutoff times so customers can`t select a slot that`s already too close to close of business.
- Always confirm your in-store address is set correctly, otherwise pickup times won`t display properly at checkout.

You can also ask the assistant to handle this for you instead of doing it manually.
