Not Available Same-day
Some suburbs or postcodes may be too far, or too costly, for you to fulfil same-day delivery. Marking a location as non same-day still allows orders there, just not for same-day delivery - customers will only be able to choose a future delivery date.
What you can do here
- Turn off same-day delivery for specific suburbs or postcodes, without blocking the location altogether
- Keep standard delivery available so customers can still order for a future date
- Protect yourself from overcommitting on same-day runs that are too far or too costly
Step by step
- Go to Dashboard > Settings > Delivery Options > Delivery Suburbs / Postcodes
- Find the suburb or postcode you want to update
- Turn off same-day availability for that location
- Leave standard delivery enabled so future-dated orders can still come through
Tips
- Use this instead of blocking a suburb entirely - it keeps the sale rather than losing it altogether
- Customers outside your same-day radius will simply be shown future delivery dates, rather than being told you don`t deliver there at all
- Review your same-day suburbs regularly, especially if your delivery radius or driver availability changes

You can also ask the assistant to help you set this up, for example:
- "Turn off same-day delivery for [suburb/postcode]"
- "Which suburbs currently have same-day delivery switched off?"
- "Keep standard delivery on but disable same-day for [suburb/postcode]"
