Flower Store In a Box lets you offer free delivery on specific products or entire product categories. You can set a date range for each promotion, so it runs automatically and stops when you want it to.
Free delivery for a specific product
- Log in to your store admin.
- Go to Products and open the product you want to promote.
- Find the free delivery option and enable it.
- Set the start date and end date for the offer.
- Save the product.
During checkout, customers ordering that product will see free delivery applied automatically. No coupon code is needed.
Free delivery for a product category
- Log in to your store admin.
- Go to Categories and open the category you want to promote.
- Find the free delivery option and enable it.
- Set the start date and end date for the offer.
- Save the category.
All products in that category will have free delivery applied at checkout for the duration of the promotion.
Other ways to offer free delivery
If you need more flexibility, Flower Store In a Box also supports:
- Zero-cost delivery location. Set the delivery fee to 0 for specific suburbs or postcodes. This still respects your delivery area limits and same-day cutoff times.
- Free delivery coupons. Create a coupon tagged as free delivery. Customers enter the code at checkout and the order summary shows "Free Delivery".
