Colour options let customers choose between different colour versions of the same arrangement handy for flowers that come in a range of shades, like roses or hydrangeas.
What you can do here
- Add multiple colour options to a single product
- Attach a photo to each colour so customers can see exactly what they`re choosing (once photos are switched on for colour options)
- Edit or delete colour options at any time
Step by step
- Go to Dashboard > Products > Product Settings and turn on Use images for colour options if you want to upload a photo for each colour.
- Go to Dashboard > Products .
- Open the product you want to add colours to.
- Find Manage Colours for that product.
- Add a new colour and give it a name (e.g. "Red", "Pastel Pink"). If you`ve enabled colour images, upload a photo for it too.
- Repeat for each colour option, then save.
Tips
- If you haven`t enabled colour images in Product Settings, you can still add colour options they`ll just show as names without photos.
- Use a real photo for each colour rather than reusing the same image customers rely on it to choose.
- Keep colour names simple and consistent across products so customers know what to expect.
- Remove a colour option if you can no longer reliably source those flowers, rather than leaving it live.
