This screen lets you set up optional add-ons that customers can choose when ordering - like a box of chocolates, a greeting card, or a vase.
What you can configure
- Multiple of the same add-on: Customers can add more than one item from the same add-on type, for example two teddy bears in a single order.
- Any product category: You are not limited to preset categories like Balloons or Chocolates. You can use any product category available on your site.
- Display layout: Choose between a vertical list or a boxed layout showing three add-ons across.
What you can do here
- Add new addon options with names and prices
- Set which products or categories the addon applies to
- Choose the icon or upload your own image
- Edit or remove existing addons
Step by step
- Go to Product -> Product settings and find Addons in the Settings menu.
- Click Add Custom Addons to create a new addon.
- Enter the addon name, price, and which products it applies to.
- Choose the icon or upload your own image
- Save - the addon appears at checkout when a customer selects an applicable product.
