Step by step
- Go to Dashboard > Products
- Open the product you want to edit
- Scroll to the SEO fields at the bottom of the product edit form
- Enter your meta title and meta de script ion
- Save the product
Tips
- Meta title - include the product name and a key detail (occasion, size) within around 60 characters
- Meta de script ion - a short, compelling summary of the product within around 155 characters, written to encourage a click from search results
- Avoid leaving these blank - without them, search engines generate their own snippet from the page, which is often less compelling than one you write yourself
