Go to Dashboard > Products > Product Settings and find Product Image Sizing.
This sets the width and height your product images are resized to for each display context - Large (full product page), Medium, and Small (category listings).
The default sizes work well for almost every store. Only change these if you have a specific design reason to use non-standard image dimensions, since incorrect values can cause images to appear stretched, cropped, or oddly sized across your site.
