Product Main Settings
This is where you control how your products look, sort and behave across your store - from category pages through to the individual product page.
What you can do here
- Product Sorting & Categories - Remove the "As Displayed" colour label on products, and hide out of stock products from your store.
- Product Display Options - Choose which price to highlight on a product (the first price shown is the default), and set the category that appears on your homepage.
- Advanced Options - Use an image URL as the image filename (only turn this on from the very start, or your existing images will stop showing), set up advanced SKUs per product variation, require images for colours and price variations,and remove structured data from product pages
- Toggle long De script ion - Adds a collapsible Read More button for the product de script ion, allowing customers to expand or collapse long content.
- Add Sticky Buy Now button - Adds a sticky Buy Now button that remains visible as customers scroll through the product page,
- Addons - Turn on addon gift ideas on your product pages and manage how addon products are displayed.
- Product FAQs - Add frequently asked questions to your product pages.
- Image Size Options - Control the image sizes used across your product pages.
- Substitution Policy - Add or edit your substitution policy shown to customers.
Step by step
- Go to Dashboard-> Products->Product Settings.
- Update the settings as needed.
- Save your changes so they apply across your store.
Tips
- Only turn on "Use Image URL as Image Filename" right at the start of setting up your store - switching it on later can make existing images disappear.
- If you use advanced SKUs, make sure each size, colour and price variation has its own unique code so your stock stays easy to track.
- A sticky Add to Cart button can make it easier for customers to buy on mobile.
