These are orders that have been assigned to a specific florist or location for preparation, but have not yet been marked as printed or started.
Go to Dashboard > Workflow > Order Workflow and look for the Allocated column.
Once preparation begins, mark the order as printed to move it into the Printed Orders stage of the workflow.
