Managing Your Customers

Search Customers

Finding a customer quickly matters when you`re on the phone with them or need to check their order history. The customer search tools let you filter your full customer list down to exactly who you`re after.

What you can do here

  • Search by name, email or phone to find a specific customer.
  • Filter to show only customers who have joined (registered an account).
  • Filter to show only customers who are locked out of their accounts.
  • Filter by Members Level.
  • Filter to show business customers only.

Step by step

  1. Go to Customers in your dashboard.
  2. Type a name, email or phone number into the search box and hit search.
  3. Use the filter options to narrow the list further, such as by Members Level or account status.
  4. Click on a customer from the results to open their full record.

Tips

  • You can adjust how many results show per page (50, 100, 250 or 500) if you`re scanning a long list.
  • If you can`t find a customer, double check the spelling of their name or try searching by email instead.

Ask the assistant

The AI assistant can help you manage this directly. Try:

  • "Find the customer with the email jane@example.com"
  • "Show me all customers locked out of their accounts"
