Automated Member Loyalty Settings
Rather than manually assigning customers to a loyalty level, this automatically upgrades customers to a members level based on rules you set - for example, once they reach a certain total spend or number of orders.
What you can do here
- Set rules so customers move up loyalty levels automatically, based on things like total spend or number of orders
- Save yourself the manual work of tracking and upgrading customers one by one
- Make sure loyal customers start receiving their new discount or benefit straight away, on their next order
Step by step
- Go to Dashboard > Marketing & SEO > Marketing Tools > Members Loyalty Levels
- Look for the automation settings
- Set the rules you want to trigger an upgrade, such as a total spend amount or number of orders
- Save your changes
Tips
- Once a customer meets your criteria, they`re moved into the new level automatically - no manual work needed from you
- Their new discount or benefit applies from their next order onwards
- This scales with your business, so you don`t need to remember to check on customers as your customer base grows
