Step by step
- Go to Settings > Payment Options > Square in your dashboard.
- Tick Use Square to enable it as a payment option.
- Enter your Square Application ID and Square Token, found in your Square developer account.
- Enter a surcharge percentage if you want to pass on card fees (for example, 2.5).
- If required, enable 2 Factor Authentication and set your SCA trigger amount. This must also be configured in your Square account.
- Save your settings.
Tips
- Place a test order before going live to confirm your Square connection is working.
- Your Application ID and Token can be found in the Square Developer Dashboard under your application settings.
