Theme Customisation

Meet the new AI Design Assistant (experimental) a chat-based way to restyle the look of your whole site. Instead of digging through theme settings, just tell it what you want changed and it does the work for you.

What you can do here

  • Restyle your overall colour scheme across the site
  • Move your logo to a new spot
  • Add or reposition cart icons
  • Change your footer layout or content
  • Add a phone number to your header
  • Make other whole-site template tweaks, all by chatting

Step by step

  1. Open the AI Design Assistant from your theme settings
  2. Tell it in plain language what you`d like to change, for example "move my logo to the centre"
  3. Review the preview of your updated site design
  4. Ask for tweaks if it`s not quite right, or approve the change to publish it



Tips

  • This feature works on your main template and colour scheme for sections inside individual pages, use the AI Page Builder instead
  • It currently works with our newer themes, so check compatibility if you`re on an older one
  • This is experimental, so results may vary your feedback helps us improve it
  • Try one change at a time so it`s easy to see the effect before moving on
  • You can use the Session History button to restore back to the previous version if the design is not updated as requested.

Ask the assistant

You can ask the AI Design Assistant to make whole-site style changes for you. Try requests like:

  • "Move my logo to the top left corner"
  • "Add a phone number to the header"
  • "Change my footer to include our opening hours"
  • "Update my colour scheme to soft pastels"
  • "Reposition the cart icon next to the logo"
