Mail Template

This template controls the layout of order-related emails sent to customers - order confirmations.

What you can do here

  • Edit the HTML layout of outgoing emails
  • Add your logo and brand colours to emails
  • Update footer content and contact details in emails

Step by step

  1. Go to Design Dashboard -> Mail Template .
  2. Edit the email HTML to match your branding.
  3. Save and place a test order to preview the email output.

Tips

  • Keep email templates simple , complex layouts often break in older email clients.
