Template History & Rollbacks

Every time a template is changed, a previous version is kept, so you can review what changed and roll back if a change causes a problem.

Where to view it

Go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Template History.

Rolling back a change

  1. Find the template and the version you want to restore
  2. Select it to preview the previous version
  3. Restore it if it is the version you want back

Why this matters

Templates affect your whole site or every email, so having a history to fall back on means a mistaken edit is never permanent - you can always undo it.
