Templates control how different parts of your site and emails are structured and displayed. Most florists rarely need to touch these, but they are useful to know about if you want deeper customisation.
Where to find them
Go to Dashboard > Design Dashboard
The main templates available
- Main Template - the overall site structure (header, footer, layout wrapper)
- Product Main / Product Small - how products display on their own page vs within a category
- Mail Template - the layout used for order confirmation and other automated emails
- Members Login / Members Menu - what logged-out and logged-in customers see
- Order Summary / Cart Summary / Invoice - how orders are displayed at each stage
- Last Viewed Product - how recently viewed products are displayed
- Contact Form - the default contact form layout
- Blog Small / Blog Large / Blog Top / Blog Bottom - how blog posts are structured and displayed
- Card Printing and Extra Order Template - printable card and order documents
Editing with care
These templates use merge tags and structural HTML that affects every page or email using that template. If you are not comfortable editing raw HTML, ask support before making changes, since a mistake can affect your whole site rather than just one page.
