Adding Forms to a webpage

Adding Forms to a Webpage

Once you`ve built a form in Dashboard > Design Dashboard and Forms, you`ll need to grab its embed code and place it on a web page before customers can use it.

What you can do here

  • Add a form to any page on your website, like your Contact page
  • Reuse the same form across multiple pages if needed
  • Update where a form appears at any time

Step by step

  1. Go to Dashboard > Design Dashboard and Forms
  2. Click on the form you`d like to embed
  3. Click Embed Form and copy the code
  4. Go to Dashboard > My Website > My Web Pages
  5. Open the page you want the form on (for example your Contact page)
  6. Insert the form code into the page content
  7. Save the page

Tips

  • You can use the same form on more than one page - for example, an enquiry form on both your Contact page and a wedding enquiries landing page
  • Double check the form code has copied in full before saving, so nothing gets cut off
  • If you update the form later, you won`t need to redo this step - the same code keeps pulling through any changes

Ask the assistant

Not sure where to start? Try asking the assistant things like:

  • "How do I embed my contact form on my homepage?"
  • "Where do I find the embed code for my form?"
  • "Can I use the same form on two different pages?"
