Forms Overview

The Forms module lets you build custom forms and embed them anywhere on your site. Use them for contact requests, wedding enquiries, event registrations, giveaways, feedback, or any other information you need to collect from customers.

What you can do here

  • Create new forms with custom fields
  • Add text, dropdown, checkbox, and email fields
  • Preview forms before embedding them
  • Get the embed code to add a form to any page
  • View form submissions

Step by step

  1. Go to Design Dashboard -> Form in the Design menu.
  2. Click Add Web Form  to create a new form.
  3. Give the form a name and add your fields.
  4. Save, then copy the embed code and paste it into your page.

Default fields

Every new form includes three fields by default: Name, Email, and Phone. You can add more fields as needed.

Available field types

  • Single-line text
  • Multi-line text area
  • Checkboxes
  • Radio buttons
  • Date picker

Required fields

You can mark any field as required. A customer cannot submit the form without completing required fields.

Confirmation emails and thank-you pages

You can write a personalised confirmation email that is sent to the customer after they submit. You can also create a custom thank-you page with your own branded content.

How submissions are stored

Each submission is saved to your dashboard and sent to your configured email address at the same time. This means you still have the data in your dashboard if the email is deleted.

Submissions include timestamps and full customer details. You can review them at any time from your dashboard.

Live updates after embedding

Any changes you make to a form after embedding it will automatically appear wherever the form is used. You do not need to re-embed it.
