Step by step
- Go to Marketing & SEO > Marketing Tools > Gift Vouchers.
- Scroll down to find the Email notification, then click Customise to open the email template settings for vouchers.
- Edit the subject line and body text you can include the buyer`s name, a personal message, and the voucher amount.
- Save your changes.

- Keep the voucher code and expiry date easy to spot recipients often print or screenshot the email rather than searching for it later.
