- Go to Dashboard > Manual Order
- Search for the existing customer by name or email instead of entering their details fresh
- Select them to pull in their saved details automatically
- Add the products and complete the order as normal
Why search for the customer first
Linking the order to their existing account keeps their full order history in one place, and means any saved details (delivery address, phone number) do not need to be retyped.
