Store Location and Phone Number
Keeping your phone number and address up to date means customers can reach you or find your store easily, and it helps search engines and AI tools show accurate details when people look you up.
What you can do here
- Update your public business Phone No.
- Update your Business Address, including address lines, suburb, state, country, postcode, and latitude/longitude
Step by step
- Go to Dashboard > Settings > Main Settings.
- Find the Phone No. field and enter your current business phone number.
- Scroll to Business Address and check each field - address lines, suburb, state, country, postcode, and latitude/longitude.
- Save your changes.
Tips
- Double-check your latitude and longitude if you`ve moved premises, as these help map searches show the right pin.
