Activating Gift Vouchers
This screen controls the gift voucher settings for your store letting customers buy and send digital vouchers to others.
What you can do here
- Enable or disable gift vouchers on your store
- Set available voucher denominations
- Allow customers to enter a custom voucher amount
- Set expiry details for vouchers
- Configure how vouchers are delivered and redeemed
- Customise the voucher email and page
- Search for Gift Voucher
Step by step
- Go to Marketing > Marketing Tools > Gift Vouchers.
- Enable the gift voucher feature.
- Set the denominations available for purchase.
- Customise the voucher delivery email.
- Save.
Tips
- Under Gift Voucher Set Amounts, create specific amounts customers can choose from when buying a voucher handy if you want to offer set price points like $25, $50 or $100.
- If you`d rather let customers choose their own amount, switch on Gift Voucher Custom Amount. You`ll need to enter a minimum and maximum value so customers stay within a range you`re comfortable with.
- Under Expiry Details, set how many years customers have to activate their gift voucher. Once activated, the credit stays on the customer`s account until it`s fully used it doesn`t expire after activation.
