Add card message suggestions
Give your customers a hand with what to write on their gift card. You can set up a list of card message suggestions that show up during checkout, making it quicker and easier for shoppers to finish their order.
What you can do here
- Add your own card message suggestions for customers to choose from
- Update or remove suggestions whenever you like
- Help customers checkout faster with ready-made message ideas
Step by step
- Go to Settings
- Select Checkout Settings
- Click on Card Message
- Add your card message suggestions
- Click Save
Your saved messages will now appear as card message suggestions during the checkout process.
Tips
- Keep your suggestions short and simple so they`re easy to read on a card
- Add a mix of messages for different occasions, like birthdays, sympathy, or thank you
- Update your list seasonally to keep suggestions fresh and relevant
