In Store Pick Up and Collections Overview
In-store pickup lets customers order online and collect the finished arrangement from your shop instead of having it delivered.
What you can do here
- Add one or more pickup locations - see Add Pickup Locations
- Activate the in-store pickup location - see Activate in-Store Pickup
- Set available pickup time slots - see Pickup Time Options
- Require a pickup time to be selected - see Making In Store Pickup Times Mandatory
Step by step
- Go to Dashboard > Settings > Checkout Options > In Store Pickup Locations & Workshops.
- Add your pickup location`s details, such as the address and contact information.
- Activate the pickup location so it appears as an option at checkout.
- Set your available pickup time slots to suit how your shop operates.
- If you`d like every pickup order to have a set time, turn on the mandatory pickup time setting.
Tips
- Remember to activate a pickup location - adding one isn`t enough on its own, it needs to be switched on to show at checkout.
- Keep your pickup time slots realistic for how long arrangements take to prepare, so customers aren`t left waiting.
Ask the assistant
You can also just ask the assistant to help you set up in-store pickup, for example:
- "Add a new pickup location for my shop"
- "Activate my in-store pickup location"
- "Set up pickup time slots for weekdays only"
- "Make pickup time selection mandatory at checkout"
