Same-day Delivery Cutoff
Set a cutoff time so customers can only choose same-day delivery when there`s actually enough time left in the day to make it happen.
What you can do here
- Turn same-day delivery cutoffs on or off
- Set one default cutoff time that applies all week
- Set different cutoff times for individual days, if some days need an earlier or later cutoff
Step by step
- Go to Dashboard > Settings > Checkout Options and find the Same Day Cut Off section
- Turn on Enable Cutoff to switch the feature on
- Set an All Week Cutoff time as your default
- Optionally set a different cutoff time for individual days of the week, if some days need an earlier or later cutoff
Once the cutoff time passes for a given day, customers are no longer able to select that day for same-day delivery at checkout - the option simply disappears from the available dates.
Tips
- The cutoff is based on your store`s local time, not the customer`s device time zone - so if a customer`s device is set to a different time zone, what matters is the actual local time at your store
- Set earlier cutoffs on busier days if your team needs more prep time
- Double check your default cutoff covers your usual working hours before turning the feature on

You can also just ask the assistant to set this up for you. Try something like:
- "Turn on same-day delivery cutoffs"
- "Set my same-day cutoff to 2pm every day"
- "Set a different same-day cutoff for Fridays"
