Delivey Locations for Structured Data

If you see an alert for Delivery Location Missing Information, it means some key delivery details are missing from your website setup.

These details are used in your site’s structured data, which directly improves your local SEO and helps boost your exposure in AI search engines.

How to fix this alert

  1. Go to the settings screen
  • From your dashboard, navigate to:

    Marketing & SEO → SEO Tools → SEO & Structured Data Settings

2. Click the alert button

  • When the alert appears, click the button underneath.

  • Then scroll down to the section called Structured Data Component.

3. Fill in the required fields

Area Serviced

  • Enter the main city or region you deliver to.

  • Example: Sydney or Melbourne or  Auckland.

Thus must match a known region or city name.

  • Delivery Area

    • Enter a descriptive label for your delivery area.

    • Example: The Greater Sydney Area or Melbourne and Geelong.

    • Select the page on your site that explains your delivery information.

    • Enter the exact location of your shop.

      Longitude and Latitude

To find the latitude and longitude of your store:

  • On a computer:
  • Open the Google Maps website in a web browser. https://maps.google.com
  • Search for your store location by entering your business name
  • Right-click on your location on the map.
  • A pop-up window will appear, and you will find your latitude and longitude at the top of the pop-up. Click on the coordinates to copy them to your clipboard.
  • Then copy these to your dashboard and save.

Choose how expensive your products are.

    • Example: $ (budget), $$ (mid-range), $$$ (premium).

Save your changes

  • Make sure to save once all fields are filled in.
